By accessing or using Slumber ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Slumber Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore.
Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users between 13-18 years old must have parental/legal guardian consent.
Singapore Users: Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
International Users: By using Slumber, you confirm that your use complies with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use at security@slumber.app.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data in compliance with: Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012, EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Brazil's LGPD.
Free Tier: Basic features are available for free with limitations.
Pro Subscription: Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed in your local currency including applicable taxes.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Refund Policy: Refunds are handled according to App Store/Google Play policies.
You agree NOT to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App for any illegal purpose.
The App provides sleep tracking and wellness information for informational purposes only. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Slumber shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations, then mediation, and finally in the courts of Singapore.
